Preaching Minister
Helping people bump into what God is already doing in their lives is what Zane lives for in the ministry of preaching. To Zane, there is nothing better than creating "ah-ha" moments through written or verbal words.
Outside of serving as the Preaching Minister, you will most likely find Zane sitting at a table, across from his better half Carolina, eating chips & salsa while discussing the latest book he's read.
MATT DELANO
Discipleship Minister
Sharing the inexhaustible love of Christ with all people brings Matt immense joy. He’s passionate about inviting, enabling and empowering God's people to honor His creative purposes for our lives in community: to be in loving relationship with God and with one another.
Matt and his wife, Amber, love spending time with their daughter, Avery and their son, Beckham along with traveling, enjoying life with their friends and family, and running around with their border collie, Milo.

Jodi posadas
Kids & Partnership Minister
Jodi genuinely enjoys connecting with people through their stories and by sharing her story, all the joy and sorrow and pain and wonder God continues to guide her through. She believes vulnerability is bravery and is always ready to hear as much or as little as others are willing to share.
In this role, she’s committed to partnering with parents to help equip kiddos to be beacons of light and hope in their communities. She also strives to strengthen bonds in our community and throughout the Kingdom.
Jodi and her husband Eric love finding new places for both of their wild ones (Noah and Luca) to roam.
CLARK SULLIVAN
Worship Minister
Clark is passionate about partnering with the Holy Spirit to lead God’s people in worship. He believes that song, liturgy, and Scripture all work together to form us as believers, and loves to bring those things together to bless God, the church, and the world around it.
When he’s not leading worship, Clark loves reading, listening to all kinds of music, watching sports, playing video games with friends, and creating music of his own.
Lauren Werthiem
Student Minister
Fueled by intentional relationships, Lauren is passionate about creating community for and with our students. She hopes to cultivate environments where students can experience God while exploring their own purpose and gifting.
Lauren loves spending time outside, finding the best coffee around, and spending quality time with her people.
KALLIE RAY
Administrative Assistant
Kallie loves structure, organization, office supplies, and Jesus. So being the Administrative Assistant at RRCOC is a great fit!
She and her husband, Gerry, have been at RRCOC since 2011. They stay busy keeping up with their 2 daughters, Henzlie and Kyla. They love sports, movies, being outside, and hanging out with family and friends.
